Atlas Broker Refer-a-Friend Campaign Terms and Conditions
1. Eligibility:
1.1. The refer-a-friend campaign is open to all current clients of Atlas Broker and individuals referred by them within Australia.
2. How to Participate:
2.1. To participate in the campaign, the referrer must refer a friend to Atlas Broker for mortgage services during the campaign period. February 1st till March 21st, 2024
2.2. The referrer must complete the online form that includes, contact name contact information include email and contact phone number, approval to be contacted for mortgage information, over 18 years old and have the rights to purchase a property in Australia to be eligible for entry.
3. Campaign Period:
3.1. The Campaign will run from February 1st till March 21st, 2024
4. Entry and prize
4.1. For each referrer and friend equals one entry per person.
4.2. There is no limit to the number of entries a referrer can earn.
4.3 $500 prize will be awarded in the form of a travel voucher.
5. Prize Draw:
5.1. The prize draw will take place within 5 days after the end of the Campaign Period.
5.2. The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries.
6. Winner Notification:
6.1. The winner will be notified by email within 5 days of the draw.
6.2. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 10 days of notification, an alternate winner may be selected.
7. Prize Distribution:
7.1. The $500 prize will be awarded in the form of a travel voucher and will be delivered to the winner within 20 days of their claim.
8. Publicity:
8.1. By participating in the campaign, participants consent to the use of their name for promotional purposes related to the campaign without additional compensation.
9. General Conditions:
9.1. Atlas Broker reserves the right to modify, or suspend, the campaign at any time.
9.2. Atlas Broker reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be violating these terms and conditions or engaging in fraudulent activities.
10. Privacy:
10.1. Personal information collected during the Campaign will be used in accordance Atlas Broker’s privacy policy.
By participating in the refer-a-friend campaign, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
